Is it tricky for airline pilots or railroad engineers to use drugs to control their diabetes or high blood pressure lest they experience a diabetic reaction or a cardiac arrest? It's the same thing. And by the way, most mentally ill people, including those that require anti-psychotic medication are very unlikely to be physically violent toward others. The "myth" that someone goes off their meds and goes on a violent rampage is just that. It's the exception to the rule. You shouldn't watch so much TV. Either that, or stop relying on it to educate you on real world issues. It's fantasyland.
