(Basically, I need to vent... lol) We just moved into this house 2 weeks ago, after Scott and I spent a month painting and repairing and cleaning and stuff. The 5 year old took it upon himself to un-wallpaper several sections of his bedroom (the ONLY room that Scott and I didn't have to do any work on other than cleaning). He also has the magical ability to produce at least 10 pounds of sand inside each of his size 1 Digimon sneakers, and then spread said sand throughout the entire house. (The really weird thing is that we live at least half an hour away from the nearest beach, and everything around the house is either grass, gravel, or sidewalk). And he apparently has decided that it's safest for him to respond to any question or statement made to him by an adult authoritary figure with either "What?" or "Why?". Then, when the grown-up is teetering on the brink of insanity, he blinks his big brown eyes at you and replies in a very sweet and agreeable voice, "Okay". The ten month old has developed superhuman strength, because HE managed to completely snap off one of the bars from his crib, while he was inside the crib. He broke it once, but the two pieces were still attached to the crib at the top and bottom, so Scott used wood glue to re-attach them. However, the child then re-broke the bar, and completely removed the top half of it. I have no idea how a 10 month old child could possibly do such a thing - I don't think I'd be able to! He also just today started crying out "Dadadadadada" whenever he wants out of his crib. (Awwww....) Aren't kids great? =) Tara To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
