Plus, pretty close to the same opinion of his political views posted previously. With some exception, of course. Kevin, Regarding Ross Perot though. I disliked his views about the heavy oil tax and didn't connect with all of his other ideas, either. I knew that since the majority of Republican leaning friends were going to vote for Perot. That Bush senior wasn't going to become elected. Since Perot would take votes, that would of went to Bush Sr. I felt strongly, that the Democratic candidate would win that election. Anyway, none of the past few presidential candidates, elects or selects have appealed to me. The strongest dislike that I have for Clinton, was the switching on the relations towards China. During the first election campaign. He criticized the issue of dealing with a totalitarian state. Then after election and during the following campaign. He promoted favoritism towards an abusive regime. About a possible candidate for president. I have not seen any worthwhile prospects out there. Of course, I really don't follow the news or anything, lately. Since it seems to be a poorly acted out and scripted routine. It seems to me, that there are preconcieved outcomes towards events publicized. Then the "new" event happens. sort of like swaying the views, before the "movie" airs. I wish that they would go with the popular voting system and do away with the 535 (I believe, based on the representative and senator number. Should be two minimum, per state.) If they do not scrap the college. The states should at least proportion them to reflect the popular vote. States shouldn't swing all the votes towards one candidate, either.
