Florida was the state that decided the outcome for our President select. If Florida split the electoral votes. In proportion to the actual popular vote. Or if they split the votes 50/50. We would of had Gore as the elected and selected president. Though, I had issues of conflict, with both the candidates. I think that the states should at least split the electoral votes proportionally. Gore was elected, but Bush was selected.
