Hey look all your system does is put each state on a level playing field in a way great no group of states will determine the presedency but in a way I think a system that takes into account both so keep the electoral collages but than remove those states that other lessor candidates won or preference it so that in those states alone that lessor candidates won the votes are redistrubuted till some one has a majority of votes & a majority in the electorate which would give the peoples presedent I think.
