Stapp punched out a guy because he made the observation that Creed bore a strong
resemblance to Pearl Jam. Specifically, that Scott was trying to look and sound
like Eddie Vedder.
The
similarities are well known and oft discussed in forums other than this one.
Trade magazines, DJ's, MTV.
In
this one, however, it's the equivilant of blasphemy and causes several members
of this forum to break out in boils and begin speaking in
tongues.
Therefore, I bring it up several times a week.
