Well, I can't speak for Kevin and KD, but I already have moved on.  Now I'm going to concentrate my efforts on helping Jim move into the era of posts that make sense.  You know, correctly punctuated, complete thoughts, and the death of the infernal "of = have" syndrome with which he has been (so far) TERMINALLY afflicted.
