This is another sport called Rugby League so yeah it is big in NSW & Queensland where they dispise (some of us do ) Aerial Ping Pong or Aussie Rules. But hey each to there own. So yeah but 16 years without a minor premiership or a priemiership is a long time between drinks but not the worst one I head of Queensland in the sheffield sheild had to wait 80 odd years for there first & hats off to them they have won around 4 since then. they won thier first in 1995 or something so have been very consistent.

That is VERY cool that you're a Cub fan.  I've been a fan six I was six and first started watching baseball, and it DOES get tough at times, but no tougher than being a Dolphins fan, going through the "Marino Years" without a Super Bowl win (and only ONE appearance).  Good luck to your Eels, and BTW, is this Aussie Rules Football, or another sport?

Well congradulations on remaining faithful & even though I am an aussie I have had a soft spot for the cubs for ages (Perfect strangers fan what do u expect).

Anyhow change of tack cause I am gonna talk about 2 teams in Aus doing a cubs revival as it were. In doing this I am gonna piss u off cause I may change font often.
