I also seem to remember article that stated some kind of scheme that was in reference to XP. There might be a seperate issue about some sort of other MS operating system that is to deal with subscriptions and forcing one to have to upgrade. I feel that I need to at least save links to news like that or subscribed to news services. I'll now have to look up the information on the Internet or find a book or TV program that I have heard that on. > > So why did you post it as a source for your assertion that Microsoft > will be contracting for forced upgradeds from Windows XP? > > > "Seeing the subscription on an article about XP was something on a scan > article because of time restrictions. Maybe a link to a quartlerly report. Then, after 60 days, the link was removed, from my desktop. Maybe I don't use something before 60 days, but it might be important. Since I used it infrequently, I'd probably not remember where the program or file was located, coming down 61 days or later. If I have an ICON on my desktop that I don't use, I usually just delete the ICON myself. I'd fear an automated desktop cleaner. But I stated that XP might not be that bad, from the report, the link as in reference to. > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Creed - 7M3 - Live [mailto:creed7m3live@columbus.rr.com] > Sent: Saturday, August 11, 2001 6:49 AM > To: creedlvr@LAFORNARA.COM > Cc: CREED-DISCUSS@WINDUPLIST.COM > Subject: Re: Backing up the XP subcribers a bit.
