Well, his IP puts him somewhere around the Columbus, Ohio area... so my guess is that he's just now learning English, or he's trying to use slang, and failing miserably.

It confused me too.  I guess he is either a foreigner, or he doesn't know how
to talk right.  I think he is an arab, and sometimes it is hard for them to
put into English what they want to say.
