Higher has been added to the Q interactive (TV station) playlist, aswell as being re-added to the Kerrang playlist, so I can only assume, that Higher is set for release over here in the next couple to 6 weeks. Again. After WAWO became a hit, Kerrang started playing Higher a little bit, but AFAIK it was never released as a single.
