Actually, yes you do. It's called being a LEGAL ALIEN. But its a long and
boring process, but worthwile. My best friend, who is also and immigrant
is 18, and can not get a college grant because she has not become a US
citizen yet. but I'm sure you aleady knew that. Anyway, if you read my
entire message im sure you remember me talking about "the other end of the
