This is pretty un-neighborly, but where I came from in Illinois, we used to refer to people that speak in gibberish and then run away as 'Pierre'...
 
You know, kind of like the military accomplishments of the French throughout the 20th century...."Run away!  Run away!"
 
Actually, that's not fair.  They tended to surrender quicker than it would take to run away....

I went to Middle and High in Maryland, Annapolis area.  Then off to college here in NY.
 
Hmm...here I thought Jackson was here to stay.  He does have interesting views,even if they do come out badly.  But how is he ever going to say something and not run away from the heat he gets from it?
