I'm 99% certain that it was a hoax... since a couple days after that "report" one of the list members saw him at a WAWO Foundation get-together in Florida... last I checked, if you're in rehab, then you're in rehab till the problem is dealt with... and a drug/alcohol abuse problem would take a little more than a week to deal with.
Of course, this is just my side of it.
