With due to the reputation! Christian bands are widely regarded as very "goody two-shoes" - too blinded by their religious faith to make a difference in the world. And they are not the only bands not singing about sex, drugs, and Satan. None of my favorite bands are Christian, so is it requisite that they sing of naught save sex, drugs, and Satan? What's wrong with those categories at any rate? Singing about sex is effectively singing about love - in an instinctual sense, what's the difference? Drugs are a common way to escape reality's horrors and are a common feature of the world, as they have been for centuries untold. Satan? What/ who is Satan? Just an other deity, if you ask me. Hell, I mean, Christianity, Satanism, they employ a lot of the same teachings, just from a different perspective. Frankly, I don't like either of them, but that's just me. They're the only ones making any sort of positive difference in the world. Everyone else just sings about sex, drugs, satan, and anything else to keep themselves from such an ugly label as a "Christian band." Geez forbid that.
