Actually, I don't think this is a real person.  If so, then it may be the last person infected with the virus.  In that site Nightstorm posted it says that when you open it, it finds it way into your address book and sends itself to everyone in your address book.  If someone has the list address in their address book, then a copy gets sent to all of us.  More than likely this person (if he is in fact real) doesn't know he's sending it.
 
I recommend reading the "tech" part of that site.  It shows how the message the virus travels by can differ.  So that is making me think this person is just random.
