just because aaron or in your example rob write about their own experiences,
it doesnt' mean their experience don't connect with other people's lives.
just like creed felt, staind now feels like it's playing right out of my
head...exactly what i'm going through. i connect with the lyrics and think to
myself, "i'm not the only one going through that."
you write about things you know.
