Lee (ps: hi kerri *waves* how the heck are you? hope you are enjoying your summer!) ----Original Message Follows---- From: KAC905@AOL.COM Thanks for correcting the name of the band. I was going to do that earlier today, but I was too busy to write an e-mail. However, I had not heard about Marshall Law yet. I know in an earlier post, the yahoo club's link was posted, but do they have a website? I can appreciate any musician trying to get back to business after departing from another project. I must say though I did not except him to go back into music so quickly after "pursuing other interests." I did not think another interest would end up being the interest of music again (at least not this early. Yes, even though it has been about a year now). But, Geri H a.k.a. Ginger Spice of the Spice Girls quit to "pursue other interests," and that was a solo project. So, the phase kind of does not mean anything I guess. I wish the best for the band. That is as long they are not just another Creed, but a different sound. I know when the former Third Eye Blind guitarist, Kevin decided to make his own band called Cousin Kevin, their demo sounded like another Third Eye Blind with a different vocalist. In my opinion, if a musician is going to make a new band, he/she should have a new sound compared to his/her previous project. I will not respect Marshall Law if it is another Creed-sounding band. I still wish him and his bandmates the best of luck. I hope to hear more of the band in the future. With a bass player as talented as Brian Marshall, the band will go far. Okay, I think I ranted and rambled enough. Rock on!
