The discussions helped me to formulate different perspectives on certain hard to prove issues. Some of my remarks were made to see how sane some "Known" concepts are. Compared to the imaginationative and speculatative thoughts were. The delete key comes in handy. I used it a lot on the BM nipple rings thread. Which was one of the most irritating to me threads of the past. But a lot of people really enjoyed the subject. Thanks, Jim ------------------ Lee Reed wrote: > i have to admit, i deleted a lot of the 'philosophical' threads, got a > little to heavy for me...but i will take those types of thread anyday vs. > the infighting here... > Lee > -- To write a sonnet you must ruthlessly strip down your words to naked, willing flesh. Then bind them to a metaphor or three, and take by force a satisfying mesh. Arrange them to your will, each foot in place. You are the master here, and they the slaves. Now whip them to maintain a constant pace and rhythm as they stand in even staves. A word that strikes no pleasure? Cast it out! What use are words that drive not to the heart? A lazy phrase? Discard it, shrug off doubt, and choose more docile words to take its part. A well-trained sonnet lives to entertain, by making love directly to the brain.
