But just to add a little flavor to the discussion, I'd like to point out some trio's who have done quite well: 1. Rush (IMO, the GREATEST 3-man band in history) 2. Green Day 3. The Beastie Boys (okay, they're rap, but they started out as a PUNK band!) 4. Crosby, Stills, & Nash (although Neil Young made the FOURTH member, many of their hits were done as a trio, and Neil had GREATER success on his own) 5. Def Leppard (yes, there are 5 of them, BUT- 1.one-armed drummer is amazing in and of itself!; 2. Rick Allen, the bassist, ALSO plays ALL the keyboard parts, much like Alec Liefson in Rush) I'm sure there are many more, but it's late, I'm tired, and I just can't think of any more right now. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Agnieszka" To: Sent: Monday, July 09, 2001 2:15 PM Subject: Odp: Re: I spent two hours with Scott today! > I was wondering about this playing bass by Mark and Scott. I mean - as I > said before - I'm little sceptical about the whole thing. To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
