Stevie Ray Vaughan is my absolute favorite guitarist. He does things with the guitar that so many people only dream about! He and Hendrix are the 2 players who I think have left the "biggest impact" on players today. I really am upset with myself as well, see, I didn't actually "discover" SRV until about 1993. And well, he played in Omaha on 4/22/90. I was only 14 so I really had no clue what that was all about. I remember thinking his name sounded like he was a country artist or something. So I really didn't pay attention. I'm also kicking myself.. If only I had seen him ONCE in my life.. what magic he (and Hendrix) left behind them. They are both sorely missed..
