I fully understood what I got myself into when I subscribed to a list with 600 people on it. As I've said before, I'm on other discussion lists that have upwards of 600 posts or more a day generated by 20 or 25 people. You'll never hear me complaining about volume. Or substance for that matter. The exception is the whining about substance and volume. That truly irritates me. Syn: Abuse; censure; reproach; satire; sarcasm; railing; diatribe. See Abuse. I had to look up the word myself. With the definition, I'm lost even more. I guess it is long insulting postings between people. BTW - I think that it would be nice to have bands members interact on the list. But am in agreement with Keith and Kevin on the second hand info and band support. On my insight of what a few of the earlier list moderators. They have tried to encourage band participation with the list for years. But the list has been up and down throughout it's existence with fighting, one liners, feelings of the clics of listers and the like. - I agree with you on the people only being human on the list and should be able to interact in a humanistic manner. I guess a 240 sarcastic posting would at least enable one to see the person was rather upset. Maybe a short one line vulgarity posting would of summed it up easier. But i'd admire a 240 line argument myself. To unsubscribe or change your preferences for the Creed-Discuss list, visit: http://www.winduplist.com/ls/discuss/form.asp
