EMPHASIS ON "OPINIONS"... SO DON'T MAIL ME AND TELL ME I'M WRONG, OR THAT YOU'LL PRAY FOR ME... DON'T EVEN MAIL ME REGARDING THIS*** Hmm... what song can I contribute to my "religous point of view"? Godsmack... "Keep Away" (Do like I told you... stay away from me... don't misunderstand me, keep away from me). Or, as another wonderful example, Godsmack again, but "Whatever". Infact, "Whatever" about sums up my feelings towards the Christian God being forced on me (if I wanted someone to pray for me, I think I would ask for it... no one needs to offer it or do it...) rather well right there in the first verse... chorus carries the thought nicely too. Rob Zombie covers my befief towards religion in general with the very first word in "Dragula"... "Superstition". I would say that all 3 of those had the strongest impact on my religious point of view. I don't know how many of you are familiar with George Carlin, but he has a nice little piece to his act that is set around religion... I have a .wav file of it around here somewhere... some of you should see if you can track down a copy... most enlightening. But I guess since it's not actually a song, I can't say that it contributed... but it's still a good outlook. Otherwise, I'll just have to stick to these 3 songs here. Oh wait... shuffling through my MP3 files... Genesis "Jesus He Knows Me". LOL. *Oh, hey look... subject filter... hmm... set one up for anything containing "relig"... that should cover it all* ¤]\[][G}{T§TÖ®]v[¤ http://NightStorm.isyourgod.com/ NightStorm_Draco_@hotmail.com NightStorm_Draco@creedlist.com NightStorm@isyourgod.com I've seen the wicked fruit of your vine, Destroy the man who lacks a strong mind Human pride sings a vengeful song Inspired by the times you've been walked on My stage is shared by many millions, Who lift their hands up high because they feel this We are one We are strong, The more you hold us down the more we press on What if you did?
