Basically, Creed may or may not be religious. They may or may not be christian. but with the christ like pose that most talk about. I imagine that there is a Christian tendacy. I really didn't know what a Christian was until I recently heard that it meant to live in the way that Christ preached in his days on earth. I thought that a Christian was someone that believed that the way to heaven was to take into account that they were not perfect and they had to accept Christ as a sacrificial lamb for thier sins. I really don't know a lot about Christianity. And it seems that most of us don't really kno what Christianity is. The main stay of Creed's stand is similar to mine. in the fact that they don't profess thierselves as knowing all the answers or what is actually the right way. so since they don't seem to want to mislead anyone into any certain aspect of religion. They like to stay towards the philosophy of if you find Christian content and help in the songs. Then the songs are Christian related and inspired. Basically, the songs on MOP were written in searching for answers to questions and releasing anger that was pent up through everyday living. some of the songs are really hard to deny that there isn't a Christian theme to the songs. But most of them seem to be written in a state of being angry with the way things are. I hope you find your answers that you are seeking.
