I'm not agitated in the least.  I'm wondering why Nikki personalized my comments about why I think AOL, MSN and other large providers are so often associated with users that don't follow generally accepted netiquette.
 
It wasn't necessary at all for her to think that my comments were directed at her in any way.  Especially considering I made allowances for exceptions and experienced users.  I have friends that have been involved with BB, Usenet and mail lists since the practical dawn of time  -- some of them use AOL.  Many more use MSN.  I'm fully aware that there are experienced users paying for these services. It still doesn't mean that the vast majority aren't irritatingly green.
