I was just thinking the same thing and wrote this but hadn't sent it yet: ********************************************************* You know, this got me thinking... The chances that the person posting as sstapp78@hotmail.com is actually ScottS is really slim. But giving this discussion the benefit of the doubt... If it is ScottS, it's a horrible idea and something that Wind-up among others in his management circle should be actively discouraging. Wind-up should have given them windup accounts to use for posting. Anonymous Email account postings encourage "posers" and can hurt PR in a big way. OTOH, if he wants to post incognito, anonymous accounts are the way to go. But together (self-identify from an anonymous account) it's a train wreck waiting to happen. This is something I experienced first hand while working in the chat rooms on another high profile site. It can get ugly. DebbiR -----Original Message----- From: Kevin L. They own winduplist.com, they own wind-upent.com, they own creednet.com. Each of these registered through a domain registration service that provides email accounts with registration. You can contact them at windup@wind-upent.com. You can look for a job at mailto:humanresources@wind-upent.com Why then would Scott use Hotmail? Shouldn't he be SStapp@winduplist.com? Or SStapp@wind-upent.com? Or SStapp@CreedNet.com? I think that explains what the 78 stands for. It's the 79th person to try to get SStapp from Hotmail. Plus, I find it hard to believe Scott would send an official email to an official mailing list with so many fragmented sentences. Not to mention it would be extremely foolish to post from a free, anonymous email account if you were really who you say you are. You're just inviting others to try it.
