This wasn't the first time that I got to meet them, but it was definitely the best, since I managed to get a camera in (which they were totally okay with, so it must just be the venues that don't like pictures). There's a 75% chance that we'll be going to see them again on the 3rd, so if we do, I'll be sure to ask them about a European release of their CD. I know that there's several people in Scotland now that are (im)patiently waiting for the CD too, since I was passing around a couple of their MP3's in one of the chatroom's on my server (I might have to build an #American_Pearl chatroom next... lol). I even managed to "convert" one country fan, who was really impressed with Bleed and If We Were Kings (they didn't like Free Your Mind too much though... too "loud"... *smirk*). The guys are probably trying to get a good fanbase in the states before going overseas, but you could also try writing to Windup (hey Ed... you bored? LOL) and seeing if they are planning an Import version sometime soon. Until then, just keep harassing the radio stations, and get your fix on the MP3's... it's all only a matter of time, right?

Hey Scott ! That's really fantastic you met them. Wow...Wish I could see them someday. Do you know if they're gonna release their cd in Europe? I downloaded some time ago few songs and I really liked them, especially "If we were kings" , "Bleed", and ... actually all (that I have) are good. Some time ago I heard them on the radio here (the dj said it's a hope for American rock'n'roll, cool huh?), and I was in shock. Then I e-mailed another guy from the radio and ask him about playing AP, and he said he played them last year (he bought himself, when he was in the States), but then he lost the cd somehow and he can't find it!!!!, lol. What a shame...Anyway I keep hearing from a lot of people (who met them), that they are very fans-friendly. Oh, and I'm wondering if for the European tour (well, I hope!!!!!) they're gonna take also a Wind Up band with them or decide to have a local support. They could take BHC, since they were released in England, but I would prefer AP of F11, also maybe Lifehouse or... oh man, they haven't even said anything about coming to Europe yet and I'm thinking about stuff like that...
