Ah.  I'd bet that if you let them know you'd transcribed it that they'd let you distribute it.  As long as it was accurate and not altered.  Businesses tend to get grumpy when their statements are altered. :)

Creed's online fan club had a contest called "Ask Mark Tremonti" a little while back, and they now have Mark's answers to the winning questions available on the members section of the website.  Problem is, they're only in video format (.ram), not text, and not everyone has the computer and connection speed to be able to watch them.

What makes you think it would upset me?  I've never weighed in on whether or not I steal copyrighted materials.  I simply point out that it would indeed be stealing.
