It would appear they've allowed some of their songs on an official site.  I'd call that tacit approval.  At least for those songs.

Where I was raised (in the Midwest) before I moved to the Pacific Northwest, our family used to call that "the pot calling the kettle black".
 
I find it slightly ironic that I was told repeatedly to show tolerance because my opinions came across as very judgemental, yet I see the same thing being applied by the ones who attempted to brand me with that false label.
 
Incidentally, did you see a reply to whether or not Creed approves of their music (or music in general) being downloaded from sites such as Napster?  It got awfully quiet when I asked that question.  I ask in all honesty because I have not seen anything in print on it and would like to know what Creed feels about their fans possibly stealing their music?

Typical of the "Will you quit replying" types.  They keep replying and replying asking everyone else to quit replying.  Yet have no self control.
 
And when they can't succeed in getting someone else censored, they start whining.
