I'm not sure why she doesn't have the CD.  It's the most important piece of software one can have... but if you are familiar with DOS commands, you might be able to move the files back to the original directories.  You'll need to recognize the files that don't belong in "her folder" and move them back. 
 
Alternatively, you'll probably have to find someone with more experience or pay someone to reinstall windows for you.  They SHOULD be able to do that while leaving the file structure and data intact, but if you have access to DOS you should be able to back up most of your data just in case.

no, we don't have the cd.  she doesn't know what she deleted.  you know how you can move files from one folder to another?  she took the files and put them all in her folder (god knows why) and then, when she was finished, she turned the computer off.  Well, when we turned it back on it started fucking up.
