no, we don't have the cd.  she doesn't know what she deleted.  you know how you can move files from one folder to another?  she took the files and put them all in her folder (god knows why) and then, when she was finished, she turned the computer off.  Well, when we turned it back on it started fucking up.

I have this old computer that my sister deleted something in it that made windows stop working.  the only thing it will run is start-up dos.  can you help me figure out what i can do to make it better?  i mean, it's still ok.  it still turns on and stuff, but i can't access windows and when i type "win" at the dos prompt it just says "bad command or file name".  danke schon,
