no Andrea, there is no fee. All you have to do is to download the satelite,
make a username, and then you can download songs. It is a lot better then
Napster. if u get logged off or the person your downloading the song from
logs off the song like pauses downloading and when you/they log back on, it
will continue to download from the spot that it stopped from!! it's really
handy. And people can actually spell names.(on napster the only way i could
find the song 'Higher' is by typing in 'higer' ......talk about bad spelling)
