I saw that listed a few days back, but it appears to be just an audio biography... I listened to the sound clips, and all the clips are just some woman reading information about Creed.  ("Both parents were devout Pentecostal Christians who lived by the good book.  Stapp's father, an oral surgeon, was a Pentecostal minister in Orlando...").  [Plus, I thought it was his stepfather who was the Pentecostal minister?]  There are 10 tracks listed, and they're all readings... no music, and I didn't see any music listed on the CD.  Not really worth it in my opinion - if I want to listen to some woman talk about Creed, I'll record myself... lol.  If someone has this, and it turns out to actually have music on it, let us know, so I can get it...
The track listing is here
