================================================ Subject: Ewa and the Lost faith message From: "Creed - 7M3 - Live" To: Date: Sun 20 May 2001 08:46:54 -0400 ================================================ Ewa, I read all three of the messages and I think i pretty much got what you were saying about the sacrificing of things. The strange thing that those that say they are athiests seeming to be more into spiritual faith than those that say that they are of a particular grouped religion. Anyway, I don't classify myself as an Athiest or any other pasrticular religion. I just try to maintain the "centerness" that makes me feel whole. I withdraw from things that make me loose my identity. But go with things that make me feel more whole and sort of protected from the world from its sometimes devious effects. Sort of a faith of all faiths. Understanding some scientifically proven concepts, along with at least considering some supernatural concepts makes me wonder to which is which. I have heard before that a lot of the religious holidays of the Christian faith fall on days of the Jewish faith, due to the King of the country at the time wanting to instill the "New found Faith' on others. It is a known fact that the best way to get some people to conform to a standard of action. Is to have them believe or fear in a bunch of dos and don'ts of a supernatural being. I appriciate everyones rights to believe in one thing or another. I'm just glad that we have that option to do without either being imprisoned or shunned for having ideals about a certain religion. Be it Catholic, Protestant (Both Christian faiths). Jewish (Same God, different sacrifice), Muslim (Same God, Different savior, prophet, etc) or any other religion from which a devine set of spirituality or enlightenment of the mind exists. An added recommendation for Jackson. Being that the Raven is a symbol of his "faith" or "attitude". There is a song called "The Raven" from an artist called Alan Parsons Project that he might find interesting. Musically, the song is excellent.
