To make it Creed related... technically, Scott's knowledge of his past helped him to create the lyrics he writes... and if you consider fame, money, and having millions of people singing along to the words you wrote a good thing, then it helped him. But if you mean going back into the distant past, then I can't make that Creed related. (At least not of the top of my head). As far as when life begins...
