I have the 1998 version, but it's updated every year. It has information about publishers in different genres, what each publisher requires for submission (i.e. outline and three sample chapters rather than the entire book at once), whether or not they pay on royalty, and a bunch of other information that might come in useful. I can take a look for publishers in Texas if you want, but my copy is three years old and might be outdated... if you're planning on writing regularly, you may want to pick up your own copy.
