Thanks! I really appreciate your assistance in this department, I'm always eager to pick up a few words from any given language here or there.
And I believe that I know what you mean by the "k" pronunciation...in the International Phonetic Alphabet, there are two different versions of the "k" sound - one represented by "K" and the other by "X", and I think Polish uses the harder, "X" sound, whilst English is more apt to use the softer "K".
As a matter of course, we Texans screw the pronunciation of every word anyway - ha!
But anyway, if you ever need assistance with any English or Latin translations, I'd be glad to help.
    Have fun, and rock on!

Hi Jackson !

Don't be sorry, I know what you mean, I love to learn foreign languages.
If you ever want to ask something about translation, then you can e-mail me anytime you want.
In Polish "raven" means - "kruk". And you pronounce it like "cru ...hmm, the last letter - I'm not sure how to write it, it's also k, so probably it would be "cruc", the first letter and the last are pronounced the same. I hope you understood something, lol.

Have a nice day !

Agie
