Juno's mail box limit is 5mb, fill that and you have done that so far, now if you spamm another 5mb every time he can empty he will loose his account  :)

Erm.... I could see his mailbox filling up and Juno bumping him if perhaps, and this is purely a theory, someone sent him several hundred very large e-mails explaining that this is a kind gentle all-ages list, and what he did was uncalled for?  Again, this is purely theoretical.
