================================================ Subject: NCR: Oops Sean Lindfors From: "Misty Farmer" To: Date: Wed 28 Mar 2001 15:28:21 -0000 ================================================ OOps the last one was John Mitchell this one is Sean Lindfors. Sorry. Lead Guitarist/Piano - Sean Lindfors who hails from Williamsburg, Virginia, is the most comical member of bridge. You just never know what he is going to come out with next, or what he is going to do! Believe me - he can surprise you when you least expect it. Musician since the age of 12, he knew he wanted to be a part of a band when he was ten, even if he could not play any musical instrument at that time. But since twelve-years-old, Sean has played both electric and classical guitar, bass, keys, some percussion, and of course, voice. Sean is very talented - and bridge's catchy tunes driven by the melodic guitar work by Sean really show his musical ability. In other words, Sean contributes an atmospheric twang to the sounds of bridge. "In high school, I studied and played various styles of music, which included classical, jazz and some country folk, and rock," Sean said. "I focussed most of my attention on classical and rock." "I never went anywhere without Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" in my car. One side was full chamber orchestra, the other was 4 classical guitars playing it," Sean said. I asked Sean who his role model was - and the clown in him came shinning through - he told me Wolverine from the X-Men, then he answered me honestly and said "I'm not sure I model myself after anyone… I'm relatively unique." And this is a great place to add a personal comment - Sean that's why we like you - because of your uniqueness! Sean is a 1998 graduate from James Madison University in Harrisburg, Virginia, and has been a part of bridge for the past six months. He had received a call from good friend and engineer Joe Kuhlman (who had played music with Sean in college) asking him if he would like to move to Charlotte and play in this band. That's how Sean became involved with bridge. When I asked Sean about bridge's different sound - he was very honest and said "Well, I wasn't around then… but if you listen to the old stuff versus the new stuff, it speaks for itself." Sean's dream is to one-day play the Superbowl - and you just never know; maybe someday Sean's dream will become reality. Bridge is one of the most promising up-and-comers in the alternative music world, and they constantly add, build on, and surpass their debut release "Three Word Rhyme Scheme". Bridge's new CD, "Blinking Reality", was released on Jan. 20th, 2000. _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE Budweiser E-mail account at http://budweiser.com Budweiser E-Mail must be used responsibly and only is for consumers 21 years of age and older!
