From: To: Date: Sun 25 Mar 2001 10:58:27 -0800 ================================================ Hey Jim, I agree with you on that, it is a good list. It's definitely a clever idea involving e-mail, I honestly never heard of it before I tried it. A month or 2 ago, when I signed up, I signed up thinking it was an on-line chat. But it didn't seem like it. So I decided to try this out and liked it even better. I think it's great that wind-up made this for their fans, to get individual view points passed around. Anyway, what I wrote was in a joking manner, not to be taken seriously. I knew you were kidding about the AOL "automatically signing up to discussions". There is no way, that I can think of, that that could happen. What I meant when I wrote about the future out-look was jokingly. Not totally though. I don't know if you were, but many people, including myself, were signed up already before the new server took over. It just seems that there are more noticable problems with this one than with the older one. It's more confusing, and there is more than one way off. Instead of the 2 clear cut ways most of us are used to. Not to mention a LOT more people wanting off the list. There were occasional, but not 20 + in one week. So it shows some "internal" problems they are facing. All in all, I do know that this can be worked out, and it only gets better, just takes time getting used to from us that don't take change well. ^_^ And from those that have yet to get used to the unsub info. I'm not fighting with you Jim, just exchanging viewpoints. ^_^ Hopper (*_*) On Sat, 24 Mar 2001 23:43:45 -0500 "Jim A. Cornette" writes: > Actually, I'm impressed with this list.
