They are probably not talking about YOU specifically. This is a
list. You send a message to the address and it sends a copy to everyone on
the list. When you reply, it's still sent to the list. Also who were you
asking? Because the whole list got this e-mail, so I decided to help
anyway. If you want to send it to ONE person, either specify who you are
talking to, or find out their personal address.

Don't reply to the messages. Write a SEPERATE letter to:
Then, write: "SIGNOFF CREED-DISCUSS" in BOTH the
SUBJECT AND BODY of the message.
Then, wait for the confirmation (it should come in the next time you check
your e-mail)
Follow the directions on the confirmation. (I think all you have to
do is reply to it, but I'm not sure)
