I have been thinking about what an unmoderated list is. I don't think
that anarchy is a requirement for a list without a moderator. The rules
supplied should be applied.

If basic rules of civility are not followed. Then it is important to the
propagation of list membership. That those that do not follow simple
guidelines for group communication. That they should be expelled from
this list's membership.

I know that it is possible to run a list. Where the members willingly
demonstrate civility. But with this list being a vehicle to promote
Creed, and to give their fans an outlet for discussions. The rules
should be applied. So that a lot of fans of Creed have a list that they
can share ideas.
