Higher chicks are those fake looking chicks in the Higher video that act like they know all the words to Creed songs and think they are hot shit cuz of the way they are dressed. Needless to say, this person thought she was one! ANd to answer your other question YES, she was so high she smelled like a "skunk" weed!!
