LOL!  Gotta love it...

I love it when non-technical people cite being computer illiterate as the reason why they can't read, type or successfully position  the mouse pointer on an icon.  We're talking about phonetic and motor skills, people...maybe a little hand-eye coordination but certainly nothing technical.....  ;-)

As I'm oft wont to point out, I've done tech support for over 4 years and not once have I ever asked an end luser to do ANYTHING technical. I ask them to type, I ask them to click on clearly marked desktop icons, I ask them to relay numbers, I ask them to unplug something from the wall occasionally... None of these things require any technical savvy and yet whenever you ask an end luser to put forth the slightest degree of effort to solve their problem, they balk citing their inability to understand technical things.

I do not wish to have my emails in digest format anymore. I do not know how to open a zip file.
