Umm... No. It won't work that way. Why? Because Excel, same as almost every other program that is installed to a computer, makes entries to the systems registry. Without those registry entries, and the system files that usually get installed to the Windows folder (drivers or .dll files or whatever), the program will not function. Your best bet really is to just use the install disk and put a fresh new copy of Excel on computer 2.
